Dance improves leadership and
self-awareness

Students experience higher levels of motivation, self-control, and happiness. Self-discipline levels increase. Dancing is a socializing sport. In a dance class, kids learn how to collaborate with others, increase their sense of trust and cooperation, and make new friends. Each class involves interaction between the students and the other dancers, and many of them develop crucial friendships

Dance encourages creativity

No matter the dance style, it will encourage kids to express themselves in a multitude of ways. Students will be taught to develop trust, and social interaction skills and use their imaginations and creativity to think critically. They will build stronger and more beneficial relationships.

Dance boosts critical thinking

Participating in arts classes increases grit and resilience. Children can learn self-discipline and time-management skills. Students who take dance classes will gradually develop commitment, focus, and other life skills that they can apply to their studies, employment, and other aspects of their lives. Dancers can develop the ability to balance their social life, school, dance, and extracurricular.

Dance inspires a more active lifestyle

Dance promotes students in their physical activity levels in addition to physical education classes. This contributes to helping children meet the necessary 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity daily and may encourage healthy lifelong activity habits.
